We engage potential investments at a much earlier stage than traditional funders and take a hands-on approach in the structuring and preparation of the investment opportunity. We have a willingness to work with ventures with higher complexity levels, longer timelines and/or scaling needs because we understand that the resource often in shortest supply is expertise to build financing structures and business models that are amenable to financial markets.
